Workouts these days don't necessarily look like they used to. Free time continues to diminish as the weeks go on, and most days I am only able to squeeze in a 30 - 40min workout if I am lucky.
But that doesn't mean I am compromising my workouts because of time constraints. You can get shit DONE in 30 minutes if you have efficient, challenging movements and you give it EVERYTHING you got for that short timeframe.
So here is a little leg workout I do more often than I would like to admit. I love all of these movements, and they will continue to be in my programming cycles.
All you need is 30 minutes! Don't dick around and play on your phone, answer emails/texts/phone calls, etc. Focus all of your energy into the workout and you will be pleasantly surprised at how great of a workout you can get in just 30 minutes.
Hit the superset hard, then rest for 30 sec - 1 minute, and then get right back to it. This will help you keep on track with time and efficiency of the exercises.
My favorite movement is definitely those single leg hip thrusts 🥴 #hurtssogood. Videos are up on social channels as usual! If you give this workout a try, let me know! I love seeing y'all trying out these workouts and testing these movements in your workout routines. XOXO
