I am not going to lie. This recipe turned out amazzzzzing. I love when I pleasantly surprise myself.
5 ingredients. Throw all that shit in a bowl. Roll it out. Throw it in the oven. BOOM. Delicious, chocolate-chip packed, #glutenfree, #dairyfree bagel! Top it with your favorite dairy free cream cheese and you got yourself a pretty amazing breakfast!
Honestly, I could eat this for any meal of the day. It is perfectly sweet, without being overpowering. Delightfully chocolatey, but not over the top. Nice consistency without being too heavy.
