Beach Burner
I guess I could have come up with a more creative title for this, but every time my husband and I go to the beach, we do some variation of this workout. Every. Time.
Today is Labor Day and most folks are probably spending it grilling, drinking and relaxing.
Honestly we probably would be doing the same thing, we use any excuse to grill, hang, and celebrate all things American.
But this year is different. My dad passed away a week ago today. This week has been a whirlwind of getting all of the things in order when someone passes. My husband is a super hero. I am physically and emotionally exhausted.
So we decided to run away to the beach this weekend. Nothing extensive, just drive to the coast and camp out for the day. We knocked this workout out right when we got to the beach, and then spent the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying this beautiful, but INSANELY hot Florida weather.
So here we are, at the beach, disconnecting from everything and unplugging for a bit. Taking a quick breather until everything ramps back up on Tuesday.

- 20 butterfly sit ups - 15 diamond push ups
