Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
CUE THE DROOLING.
These are everything you have dreamed of, and then some. The chocolate cake is tender, the center is gooey and rich, and if you top it with ice cream it is GAME OVER y'all.
You know what is also amazing about this recipe? It is pretty damn easy to make! This has my name written all over it, which is why I am super pumped to share it with you. I can NOT pass up a molten cake, actually any cake at that.
This recipe makes two lava cakes. If you want to make more, double the recipe and you will get two more. Voila!
Whenever I order these at restaurants, for some dumb reason I didn't think they could be made at home. I thought they required fancy equipment or a fancy cooking technique or whatever. They don't require any of these things, so go and make them! And invite me over so I can eat them with you.
These sweet little cakes are #dairyfree, #glutenfree, #grainfree, and #refinedsugarfree! You literally cannot go wrong with these.
