Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

I know I say this about every recipe.....but DAMNIT these are good!

I lovvveeee white chocolate. I honestly prefer it over milk, dark, etc. So when I was thinking of a cookie recipe to make, white chocolate chips were at the TOP of my list. I had some cranberries in my pantry from a dinner recipe I was making, and voila, here we are with Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies.

These cookies are so nice and soft with just the right amount of sweetness. You get the tartness from the cranberries balanced out with the smooth, creaminess from the white chocolate chips to give you a delicious, delectable cookie.

The batter was a little sticky and basically covered my hands when I was rolling it into the balls to place on the baking sheet. For that reason, these cookies look a little ratchet but I don't care. When you are flattening them slightly on the baking sheet, you can try to smooth out the tops so they don't come out as jagged.

I thought about possibly adding some citrus to these to make them Cranberry Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies, but I didn't have any oranges on hand and didn't feel like running out to the store to grab them. Soooo moral of the story, if you want to add a little bit of citrus, do the damn thang.

No refined sugars or flours here! These little pillows are #dairyfree #glutenfree and #grainfree. Yes, yes and yes.

Recipe is below and it is linked to a PDF in case you want to print it out. Ingredients are linked below also so you can see what I continually have stocked in my pantry! Enjoy! XOXO
