Fruit Pizza

Fruit & Pizza.....what a combo! Not only is it a beautiful dish, it tastes just as amazing as it looks.

I mean look how pretty this is? I decided to go with a combo of strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and mandarin oranges, but you can plug and play with whatever fruit you like! The combinations are endless.

A bunch of us gals from Armor (the gym we go to) had a girls night in last night where we all brought a dish, drank wine, and relaxed somewhere outside of the gym for once. Usually we are all running in and out of the gym at different times, just trying to get a workout in sometime in our day that makes sense...so we don't usually get to spend quality time together while we are there. It was great to see some faces that I don't usually get to see since I am in and out in the mornings pretty quickly!

What I discovered in making this dish was Organic Powdered Sugar from Wholesome. I don't know why I didn't think to look to them earlier for this since I use their palm sugar on the regular. Who knows. But the good news is, if you want to give my lemon cookies a try with this organic powdered sugar, you will get a much prettier result than making the healthier dark glaze with the palm sugar! Yay!

This fruit pizza (or fruit tart as the girls called it), got RAVING REVIEWS y'all. This was my first time making this so I didn't have a chance to try it before bringing it over....so I was definitely nervous that it was going to suck. But good news! It doesn't suck at all. It is freaking fantastic! I will definitely be making this again once the holidays roll around. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. XOXOX
