Peanut Butter Cups
I love easy recipes. And this one is so damn easy. Which is why I love it.

Do you like chocolate? Do you like peanut butter? I sure as hell do! Which is why I wanted to create a healthier version of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. There are only four ingredients in these and they don't take long to make at all. The best part is they are #dairyfree, #glutenfree and #vegan.
I have been needing to get silicone muffin liners for a LONG time, and I think I have finally reached my brink to get them. I don't know why I have been holding off for so long, they are inexpensive, reusable and they make such a difference.
You can see by my beautiful pictures displayed here that the edges of my cups are jagged AF. Silicone would have solved that! Sorry these aren't the most beautiful food pictures you have ever seen. Actually I am not sorry. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! And the beholder is my stomach as I eat all of these in one sitting.

You should be able to sub the peanut butter for whatever nut butter you prefer. I am thinking I will try these with almond butter as well. Justin's has a mean product line of delicious nut butters. I think the coconut almond butter is calling my name! They also have their own version of butter cups if you don't want to make these from scratch. You can pretty much get them at any major grocery store.
Recipe below - it is linked to a PDF as well in case you want to print it out. I also linked some of the ingredients so you can see which brands I typically stick with. Good luck! XOXO
