Key Lime Coconut Energy Bites

How is it already Friday??! This week has FLOWN by. I meant to make these on Monday.....and here we are at the end of the week and I am just now getting to it.


I know I have said this 100 times, but I LOVE an easy, quick recipe. Life is busy, and just keeps getting busier. This recipe takes LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. I repeat - less than 5 minutes y'all.



I am an avid snacker - so I love something quick I can grab from the fridge or pantry to take back to my desk to keep working. These energy balls satisfy my mid-afternoon sweet craving and are the perfect quick snack.


These little bites only have 5 ingredients - and don't forget, you can whip them together in less than 5 minutes! #dairyfree, #glutenfree, #paleo and #vegan FOR THE WIN.



If you don't have any key limes, you can substitute regular limes instead! Use one lime instead of 3 key limes. You can also sub out the limes for lemon if you would like! Endless combinations of deliciousness 😍
