Peanut Butter Pie
Ya girl has been feeling a little under the weather this week. I wanted to get some great workouts up for you, but I just haven't been feeling up for it. So instead of burning calories, I am here to consume them!

I think a little thing called BURNOUT came and snuck up on me this week. Combine that with allergies (the pollen is INSANE in FL right now), dehydration, exhaustion, and boom - my body was not having it on Monday. I have had to take a step back from coaching and my ever-growing S&S to-do list to take care of myself.
Self care - sounds familiar, right? Sure does! Because that was my New Years Resolution this year. SELF-CARE. A month into 2021 and that resolution has clearly gone to shit. 🥴😒
I knew it was coming. But I didn't think there was anything I could do to stop it. Life has just progressively gotten busier. I take more on every day. My life operates at an extremely high pace most of the time. I figured I would just push through it like I push through everything else. Well I was sorely mistaken. And as much as I wish it didn't come to this point to force me to take a step back, I am glad it did.
Anyyyyyyyways. I am here with this beautiful Peanut Butter Pie to make everything better. This pie requires zero baking, and really minimal ingredients to put it together. It is #glutenfree and #vegan and tastes just like a peanut butter cup 😍

Instead of making my own whipped cream, I opted for Reddi Wip's non-dairy options! I prefer coconut milk over almond milk, but I am sure you can't go wrong with whichever you choose.

Hope everyone is having a great week. I plan to be back in full swing next week with all of the good stuff for y'all! And hopefully with a game plan on how to get my life balanced out a bit more. Happy Friday. XOXO
