Time to CRUSH THAT CORE. It sounds a lot more intimidating than it actually is, I promise.
See how dark it is outside in this picture? That's because I took it at 5am. Got this workout in at 5 o'clock in the DAMN morning. If I can wake up that early and show up, y'all can too!
I have a pretty weak core. I am working every day to get my core stronger to help support my spine and lower back. My lower back is consistently in pain day over day, so having that abdominal support is vital to alleviating some of that pain.
I try to incorporate ab movements in most of my workouts, but these are some of my favorites!
3 rounds - 20 crab knee to elbow + toe touch
- 20 seated side to side in & outs
- 20 plank split jumps
- 20 reverse crunches + thrust
- 20 plank in & outs
- 20 lateral knee drive + toe touch
