I have a pretty weak core. I am working every day to get my core stronger to help support my spine and lower back. My lower back is consistently in pain day over day, so having that abdominal support is vital to alleviating some of that pain.
I try to incorporate ab movements in most of my workouts, but these are some of my favorites!
