Full Body Workout

You know when you look at a workout and you think, this doesn't look bad at all! Well, I am here to tell you that this combo will get you sweaty AF. Don't underestimate this one like I did.

Full body workouts are where it is AT. Sometimes it is hard for me to just do arms, or just legs, or just cardio. I love mashing it all into one workout. I think there is a time and place for full body workouts and I try to incorporate them into my training each week.

Make sure you get in a good warm up before doing these movements. Some of them will take getting used to as the combinations are a little different.

FORM IS KEY WITH THESE MOVEMENTS.

Seriously. Don't try and race through this workout like an asshole. Core stability will be very important as you progress through each exercise. Pretend your toes are claws and grab the shit out of the ground with them. This will help anchor your body through the single leg portions of the workout.

I posted videos of each movement on my Instagram @sweat_and_sweets and Facebook page Sweat & Sweets. Go check them out and let me know if you have any questions on this workout!

If you give this workout a try, let me know! I would love to know how you liked it. Hope everyone has a great weekend. XOXO
