Soft Baked Banana Cookies
Soft baked anything is right up my alley. I definitely think I prefer soft over crunchy when it comes to sweet stuff!
Think BANANA BREAD - but in wondrous, soft-baked cookie form. These little cookies are mini bites of banana bread. I ain't mad at it.
They are delicious with or without the glaze - so take a bite prior to making the glaze to test them out! I prefer a little extra sweetness, which I think the glaze adds the perfect amount of. The crunch of the walnuts and the touch of sweetness from the glaze really rounds out the cookie 🤩
We left Traverse City this weekend and headed down to Muskegon, MI. We haven't had a chance to explore the city as of yet, but so far it is beautiful! We loved Traverse and plan to go back in August. Now we begin our slow journey down to Florida for a bit, stopping in Indy, Nashville and South Carolina on the way. I will absolutely keep you updated as we continue to navigate living on the road 😊
Hope everyone is having an excellent Monday. I am appreciating some warmer weather as we progress closer to June! We aren't quite in "shorts all the time" weather yet. Still get 30/40 degree lows pretty consistently and the average time is 50-70. Ready to get this pale skin back into the sun!
